<p>You&rsquo;ll be joining a modern manufacturing environment, working alongside experienced engineers and operations teams to support and improve production across a range of areas. Reporting to a Senior Production Engineer, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in driving efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.</p>

<p>This is a broad role with real variety. You&rsquo;ll be involved in optimising manufacturing processes, improving equipment performance, supporting new product introduction, and contributing to wider improvement projects across the site.</p>

<p>You&rsquo;ll also have the opportunity to work on capital projects, identify upgrades that improve productivity and quality, and help reduce waste and cost across manufacturing operations.</p>

<p>What you&rsquo;ll be doing:<br>
You&rsquo;ll support the day-to-day performance of manufacturing processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, output, and quality. Working closely with maintenance and engineering teams, you&rsquo;ll help ensure equipment is operating at its best, while contributing to upgrades and modifications where needed.</p>

<p>You&rsquo;ll get involved in continuous improvement activities, using structured problem-solving approaches to deliver real, measurable improvements. You&rsquo;ll also support new product introduction, ensuring processes are ready for production and perform as expected from day one.</p>

<p>Alongside this, you&rsquo;ll work with suppliers and OEMs to stay up to date with new technologies and bring fresh ideas into the business.</p>

<p>About you:<br>
You could come from a range of backgrounds. This role would suit someone with experience in manufacturing engineering, production engineering, or a similar environment.</p>

<p>You might also be early in your career or transitioning from tanother hands-on engineering role, as long as you have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and a genuine interest in improving them.</p>
