Due to a number of recent business wins and sustained project demand, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Project Co-ordinator / Administrator to support a busy engineering and project delivery function within a manufacturing environment.
The role sits at the heart of the engineering team, supporting the smooth delivery of projects through effective coordination, documentation control, scheduling support, and cost tracking. You’ll work closely with engineers, project managers, supply chain, and external partners to help keep projects moving and well-organised.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting engineering and project teams with project documentation, schedules, and general administrative activities
Maintaining accurate records for project costs and supporting invoicing processes
Co-ordinating information flow between engineering, production, supply chain, and external suppliers
Preparing engineering-related shipping documentation, purchase requisitions, and supporting paperwork
Providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time
What you’ll bring:
Previous experience in a project coordination or administrative role within an engineering or manufacturing environment
Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
Confidence communicating with engineers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
