Project Administrator - West Lothian

We’re recruiting for a Project Administrator to join a well-established engineering business on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role supports project delivery teams with documentation, scheduling, cost tracking, and coordination of internal and external communication.

Key Duties:

  • Support project teams with documentation, planning, and admin tasks

  • Track costs and assist with invoicing

  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Prepare shipping documents and requisitions

  • Provide general administrative support as needed

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in a similar admin or project coordination role

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Confident communicator, proactive mindset

  • Comfortable working across multiple teams
