We’re recruiting for a Project Administrator to join a well-established engineering business on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role supports project delivery teams with documentation, scheduling, cost tracking, and coordination of internal and external communication.
Key Duties:

Support project teams with documentation, planning, and admin tasks

Track costs and assist with invoicing

Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders

Prepare shipping documents and requisitions

Provide general administrative support as needed
