Our client is going through a sustained period of growth, driven by several recent, significant business wins. To support this expansion, they are looking to appoint a Production Team Leader to run daily operations, lead a small, skilled team, and drive continuous improvement within a busy manufacturing environment.
This is very much a hands-on leadership role, where you’ll play an active part in production while guiding and developing your team to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan workloads and co-ordinate closely with engineering and supply chain teams.

Lead, coach, and develop a small team to ensure products are manufactured to the highest standard.

Be actively involved in production, providing hands-on support where needed.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and product development.

Maintain KPIs and take responsibility for the upkeep and efficiency of facilities.
About You:

Time-served Mechanical Engineer (or equivalent qualification).

Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Strong communicator with excellent leadership and coaching skills.

Passionate about quality, continuous improvement, and team development.
