You'll be involved in
- Improving manufacturing processes and production efficiency.
- Supporting new product introduction into manufacture.
- Working on capital equipment and manufacturing improvement projects.
- Helping identify opportunities to improve quality and reduce waste.
- Working alongside production, maintenance and quality teams to solve engineering challenges.
- Supporting investment in new manufacturing technology.
- Learning how world-class manufacturing facilities operate.
We'd like to speak with engineers who have
- A degree in either Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics or a related discipline.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- A genuine interest in manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Good communication skills and a hands-on approach.
