Our client designs and manufactures bespoke large capital equipment that is supplied across the globe. Their product that is regarded as best in class and currently they have an exciting opportunity for a graduate to join their project engineering team.
Working alongside highly skilled engineers this is an exciting role and responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support internally and in communication with external customers. Liaise with the Design Department as they prepare engineering drawings, and ensure compliance with the customers’ requirements.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets. Monitor costs and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications. Oversee thorough testing and inspections to verify compliance.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including site preparation instructions and Operations Manuals. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management. Initiate project completion review and transfer to After Sales Support
