Key Responsibilities
CRM Management:
- Oversee and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
- Develop and implement CRM workflows, dashboards, and reports to optimize customer relationship management.
- Provide training and support to team members on CRM usage and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities for customer engagement.
- Administration duties - excel spreadsheets, invoices
Social Media & Digital Marketing:
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Monitor and report on social media performance metrics.
- Create engaging content for various digital platforms, leveraging CRM insights to tailor messaging.
- Stay updated on social media trends and recommend innovative strategies to enhance online presence.
