The role
You’ll be responsible for setting and operating CNC milling machines to produce components to tight tolerances. Working from engineering drawings, you’ll ensure parts are manufactured accurately and efficiently, supporting production output and quality standards.
What you’ll be doing
Setting and operating CNC milling machines
Working from engineering drawings and specifications
Selecting and setting tooling
Making adjustments to offsets and machine parameters
Inspecting parts using standard measuring equipment
Supporting continuous improvement on the shop floor
About you
You’ll have experience working as a CNC Miller within a manufacturing or engineering environment. You’ll be comfortable reading drawings and have a good understanding of machining principles.
Experience setting and operating CNC milling machines is essential
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Understanding of tolerances and quality requirements
A practical, hands-on approach with good attention to detail
