We are supporting a well-established engineering and manufacturing company to recruit a BD Coordinator on an initial 12-month contract.
This role will provide essential support to the Business Development team, ensuring projects, bids, and events are well organised and delivered efficiently. It is a varied position where you will work closely with colleagues across different departments and directly with customers to ensure clear communication and accurate documentation.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate tasks and activities across multiple projects, events, and business development initiatives.
- Prepare and manage accurate documentation including quotations, purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
- Liaise with internal teams and customers to ensure deadlines and requirements are met.
- Support and attend meetings as required, following up on actions to keep projects moving forward.
- Provide general administrative support to the BD team and cover for absences.
- Maintain accurate records in line with company quality and document control procedures.
We are looking for someone with strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail. You will be confident dealing with internal and external teams and comfortable using business systems or ERP software (training provided).
